Video Interview

Selected applicants will engage in a video-based interview via HireVue.

Team Interview & Sample Teach

Selected applicants interview with our hiring team and conduct a sample teaching lesson.

Reference Check

As our last step, we will request your references and follow-up with them.

Retirement & Insurance

We have a 403(b) plan. Contributions are matched up to 3%. One-year vested period.
Full premium for all full-time employees to receive:
$15,000 of life and AD&D insurance
School pays 100% cost of Short-term disability insurance.
Employees may purchase additional life insurance coverage up $300,000.

Medical & Mental Health

Medical: Blue Cross / Blue Shield of LA Blue Point of Service Plan
Vision: Coverage paid by the school. Includes 1 eye exam per year, along with frames and lenses with a $15 copay.
Dental: Coverage paid by the school. Includes 100% dental coverage for preventive services, coinsurance percentage after deductible for basic and major services.
Telemedicine: Access to BlueCare. Free access to 24/7 doctors and medical providers.
